John Hamer Road Race 05 The course is the same as last year, starting at Marown School and proceeding along the T.T. Course to Ballacraine, left to the Hope, then right to St John's then left to Patrick. Turn left and proceed through Glen Maye, Dalby and onto South Barrule, turn left and follow shoulder road to junction with Foxdale/Castletown road, turn right and proceed down the Ballamodha Straight and turn left onto the Phildraw road towards Ballasalla. Before Ballasalla turn sharp left and climb The Black Hill towards St Mark's,turn right and proceed to the finish area at Stugghadoo, where the A category riders will complete 1 lap of the Stugghadoo Course. Distances A Cats 45 miles, others 38 miles. The Braaid Hall was to be used as H.Q however it is still being used as part of T.T. Week, so signing on will be at the start area at Marown School Playground from 08.15 Entry Forms are also available at both Eurocycles and Bikestyle as are also the course maps.
