2006 Calendar
Closing Date for entries for any of
the road events, except the Tens League, will be 5 days prior to the event (e.g.
Wednesday for a Sunday Event and Sunday for a Thursday event). Any entries on
the line will be double the entry fee.
All competitors wishing
to take part in Road Racing events on the Isle of Man will be required to hold
an Isle of Man Road Racing Licence and be members of The League International.
Isle of Man Licence applications can be ordered from Ian Brand, 19 Close Quane,
Peel IM5 1PZ or through your club Secretary. Please return you application for
an Isle of Man Licence on or before 19 February 2006. TLI Membership
Applications can be downloaded from the website
www.theleagueinternational.org. These will need to be return to the regional
membership secretary, Jon Williams. His details are on that site.
If you wish to race in the Isle of
Man Youth & Junior Tour, the TSP League at the NSC or wish to compete in UCI/BC
events off island, you will need a UCI recognised licence, which can be bought
from British Cycling or other national cycling bodies. For National
Championships, you will need a UCI licence coding for the country hosting the
National Championship (e.g. GBR for UK and IRL for Ireland).
